If you have dental insurance, and they allow you to go out of network, please provide us with an identification card and we will provide you with a statement at the end of your appointment that will assist you in getting maximum reimbursement for your payment. Patients are responsible for full payment at the time of the appointment.

Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer financing through CareCredit®.

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
